Emukhuwa Primary School has approximately 700 boys and girls.  The facilities are overcrowded and unable to facilitate all of the children in the area who would like to access an education. Housing the inaugural class of St Theresa's Secondary Girls School in one of the primary school classrooms has only added to the problems.
